Eileen has been in the recruitment industry for over twenty years and has experience of working across multiple disciplines throughout the UK, including working at MD level within national consultancies. Spotting a gap within the recruitment market for a uniquely tailored service, Eileen founded Eileen Richards Recruitment - an authentic and bespoke recruitment consultancy.
Eileen has been recognised across Leicestershire as a leading woman in business winning both the Niche Business Woman of the year and the Leicester Mercury Business Woman of the Year, Eileen has also been listed for an MBE for the Promotion of Female Entrepreneurship.
Eileen Richards is immensely active within the local business community and has been appointed as a Board Director for the East Midlands Chamber and a Co-Chair for Enterprising Women.
As a Trustee of Hope against Cancer and committee member of the Wooden Spoon Leicester, Eileen is a key driver and supporter of various local charities.
