Love Business EXPO 2023

The chequered flag fell on the Love Business Expo for another year, and this year’s big winners were… everyone who took time out of their day to visit, support or participate in the event.

A huge thanks to everyone involved for making the day possible.

The expo goes from strength to strength.

We say this every year, but once again, it really has exceeded expectations and was the biggest and best expo yet, with record visitor numbers throughout the day.

Thousands of delegates got into the sporting theme and took part in the interactive activities in the Sports Mindset Village.

We had a lineup of fantastic speakers sharing their expertise and insight into the lessons businesses can earn from elite sports and how to apply a winning mindset in the workplace.

The expo areas were packed with amazing exhibitors from across Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire showcasing the best our region has to offer.

The team at Fancy Entertainment did us proud, bringing the theme to life with immersive sports-related experiences throughout the day.

KuKu Connect, SMB College and the FSB provided networking opportunities galore so that people could catch up with old friends, make new connections and share opportunities.

And the Question Time Panel, a firm favourite every year, once again didn’t disappoint, as local business leaders gave their thoughts on the economy and what the future holds… more on this soon, so keep your eyes peeled for our review!

And thanks to the team at Holywell Park Conference Centre for being excellent hosts.

As always, the event created a huge buzz on social media (#LoveBusinessEXPO), and the amazing feedback we received from guests throughout the day made all the sleepless nights and blood, sweat and tears that go into organising the expo worth it. It means a lot to us, and drives us to keep pushing the event forwards.

We’ll definitely be back in 2024… the challenge is how we top this year’s event!
